Company was originally incorporated as HOTEL GANGES LIMITED. on 04th July, 1974. And availed Certificate of Commencement of Business from Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh on 13th April, 1976.
Later on Company has changed its name from HOTEL GANGES LIMITED TO “Purple Entertainment Limited” by getting approval from the Registrar of Companies dated 25.07.2002. Company was originally working in Kanpur, Hub and Heart of Uttar Pradesh.
Now company has changed its Name from Purple Entertainment Limited to “Purple Agrotech Industries Limited” w.e.f 4th November, 2025 by getting approval from the Registrar of Companies. Currently, the Registered office of the company is at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The Company is in the business of trading of agricultural commodities like grains, cereals, pulses and is on verge of further expansion.
